AMD Cataclyst broken

earlier, I was going to install a Steam game, and when I went to my PC info, I couldn't find the GPU. went to Cataclyst and it didn't launch, waited a few seconds, tried again, nothing. just a load icon beside the pointer, and went away. I decided to update the software, later, after the driver nearly finished installing, the screen went black (I assumed it was adjusting), and I received a BSoD not in my resolution.

Try completely uninstalling the driver and installing it again fresh

After removing the drivers make sure to run something that will remove any leftover files. You kow, just in case. I bought a program on steam that does that and a bunch of other shit but most people use this.

EDIT: Make sure to boot in safe mode before running this program if you do, it's not required but recommended.
