pretty much what im suggesting it to add this mod so people can wear halloween costumes all year round. because having an elf scout all year round but not a mummy scout is just plain silly

works on US21 dustbowl.
maybe the server you tried it on didnt reset.
im pretty sure this doesnt work on us5 turbine due to the server not resetting.

It doesn't work on Goldrush EU yet, but it is on 2fort US.

not all the servers have reset.
so the plugin wont work on ALL the servers atm
