Well, this report was quite interesting to research. First of all, he has not been banned on our servers yet, and he has not been vac'd. Normally I would ask for evidence, but there's more to the story!
These two comments were interesting to me:

So I checked the three accounts under his IP to see if he had any reports/revoked bans under those names, and I found no evidence of that. So perhaps they were on some account he no longer uses. But, the best part here, is that, of those three accounts (
his main with 1500 hours,
this one, and
a throwaway account), one was vac banned and is clearly a throwaway account. That throwaway account played on our servers yesterday, and he was vac'd yesterday. That's plenty evidence to me to go ahead and ban this guy.
I have applied the ban to the vac banned throwaway account, but it will obviously tap this guy and his main.

The best part here is the throwaway account's URL is: "
https://steamcommunity.com/id/buckysgiftfriend/", and the main account always goes by the name "Bucky" on our servers. Case closed! :smirk:
