Could we please start a petition to remove the AFK bots on the servers? They seem to be the only downside to the load of servers that Skial hosts.
The Concept
Basically, AFK bots are bots that kick in when the server detects that you haven't played in a while, so to prevent you from being kicked from the server. On paper, this would work, but in practice, it's horrible. The bots that control AFK players are both a step down and a step up from normal TF2 bots, in that they are stupider yet at the same time more deadly. Their aimbot is too good to keep the balance of play going, in that they can target you through walls and know exactly where you are when the target you. They also aren't designed to be used with the weapons that people equip, so you get soldiers attacking you with rocket jumpers or snipers standing doing nothing because nothings in their AI range.
