Admins?

Hey I'm new to the forums but i need a question answered. Earlier, I was on a sikal server and was enjoying playing the game. This guy was on asking for strange weapons on hats and I had told him to quit mooching. After a while being a medic, I denied him of any sort of healing since he was on my nerves. He then informed me that he was the admin to the server and would ban me from all other sikal servers. I didn't believe him and he continued to threaten me with ban threats. After trying to ban me for 30 minutes for "imposing as an admin" he said he would go to the forms and ban me there. His name was ExoticFlames but now I can't find him. Can someone tell me if he is an admin or not?

he was impersonating.
next time he does it take a screenshot and get his steamid
 
A friend of mine had the same problem with a person named Exotic Flamez so I'm not sure if it's the same person switching his name or 2 different people.
 
That name also reminds me of something, Roman isn't he the guy I got the vintage hat from?

 i have also seen "Exotic Flamez". While not exactly stating that he was an admin he was stating "you have been warned" if you "violated" certain "rules"
 
Yeah, while it may not be cut and dry, the implication is there.

I've gotten reports from my friends/brother that's he's been doing this. Haven't seen him myself, though.
 
Recently I typed ExoticFlames and ExoticFlamez into the Skial stats area (TF2 stats) and every name I looked at lead to the same person.
 
We need you to record demos and to take screenshots if you want something done, or to message an admin when he's on.
 
i have banned him for two weeks. i am going to try to get ahold of him via steam to let him know whats up
