Need Supporters Admins have the power to toggle AllTalk without needing a vote

This comes up often... AllTalk is off and people want it on but the vote loses even though over 50% vote yes.

Also, sometimes there are some serious business rounds going on and people want AllTalk off. Again, it loses even with 50% plus votes.

I suggest that we admins are given a command to toggle AllTalk in case of such instances.

then obviously peoeple didnt want it. no where does it say we are an all talk server. Thats just what people say

if we were there wouldnt be an option for it in the first place

Yeah. If it were alltalk, it would have just been enabled by default. I think it's only like 60% needed.
 
If people don't want all talk, they don't want it.

A 'ordinary' admin without access to servers should not have this command imho. The 'regular' admins should only have commands that can find and ban hackers, blatant trolls, etc from the servers.
