Admin in steam group for raffles

Hello.
I would like to applicate to be admin in the steam group so I can make raffle events (for example a B.M.O.C raffle with about up to 32 entries for 3 ref each).
My backpack is worth about 75$ but if I get the job I will raffle as much as I can.
I`d be happy if an admin will review this and tell me what to improve and if this will even be possible.
THE APPLICATION:
My name: Goor.
My age: 15.
Time on TF2: Over 1050 hours.
Location: Israel.
Why I want to be admin: I want to give people who dont have a lot of in game money a chance to get rich!

The idea is nicer raffles of unusuals and high tier items for the skial community.
Also, mittens, I`d really like to know why you immediately said no without explaining, and what the explanation is :)

I don`t understand why you guys must immediately say no.
I`m a genuinely nice guy that has a good cause.
Also, I think your behavior to people trying to do some new stuff is very demeaning and may make people leave the community.
Anyway, I`d still like an actual admin to answer why no.

I'm not an admin so don't take this as a official response, but I believe they declined it because for starters, they're looking for TF2 admins / jailbreak moderators, not steam group admins.

Skial has a raffling section which you can use. If you want to raffle just to the Skial regulars then you can look up their play time / forum activity and add only them to a non-public raffle

Getting admin for a steam group simply for the purpose of making raffles is not a ideal reason to get admin. Plus I don't think they take admins for the steam group to begin with because I'm assuming it likely doesn't need much moderation.

Because... uh... I got nothing. Raffles are a waste anyway. You can just buy the item with real world money or get keys, its faster and the chances of getting the item is 100%... Raffles its not a big %
 
As nice as the gesture is, it will not happen. If you want to make raffles for skial, feel free to post in the raffle section of the forums.
