And is 200 hours not a lot to you? How much would be a good number? Also I never idle, I only switch on TF2 to play it for the game if that makes it any better? :3

Fair enough, but doesn't it just go to show the commitment I am making by doing everything you are saying? By going the extra mile and so on?

Well, actually, 300 hours of non idle TF2 as compared to 1000 hours of TF2 with most of that idle is better.
I suggest you play a bit more, get known on your particular server, so that you can get people to vouch for you.
And post more on the forums. Simple as that.

Don't mean to be fussy but it is 228 hours on TF2, I will not bother you any more - I will post regulary and try to get known. Thanks.

The kind of support that most people want to see is from people who know you in-game. After you've played on skial servers for long enough the people who play here will get to know you and possibly vouch for your suitability as an admin. Being known on the forums is helpful, but not as important as being well known by the players on the servers that you frequent.

I have been on those servers and have had people say Hey its Gn0me! and whatever, I remember being called out a number of times also. The only trouble I have is that Payload | skial | EU, The one I try to go on the most, is always full nowadays. I often jump at the chance to play on it but often cannot. Is this just another thing I got to do? Or should I try to get on to other Skial servers, but I thought being known on one server is for the best? Anything on that or just try to get known.... Any help would be appreciated but don't go out of your way to do it :)

I think you need to use more of these : :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

It will definatly help your chances of becoming an admin

Admin here is quite difficult to get - they put a lot of trust in their admins, and some regulars who have been here forever who applied still don't have it - you're going to have to play here quite a bit longer to get admin more than likely. 200 hours of TF2 isn't exactly a whole lot, especially when it comes to someone who will be attempting to get rid of hackers, but my only suggestion from what i've seen on these forums and from those who have gotten admin (save one particular person named after a soccer player a.k.a. he who must not be named.) is to stay mature, don't start issues with people, start becoming an active poster...if you make any reports on anyone hacking provide demos - just overall try to be an asset to this community and you will most likely be rewarded in kind.

Just telling the truth ova here.
No need to use a douchey pic to get your point across. It's people like that, that drive away potential regulars.

Honestly, everyone just needs to quit being such fucking morons in admin app threads. Your just hating on new players who enjoy are servers and want to have a bigger role in them other than just a server regular. It's shit like this that drives people to ProTF2, LotusClan, or Nightteam.

1. I used it because I wanted to and it was a fitting picture. And I don't give a fuck.
2. No, I'm hating on people who join the forums and the first thing they do is make an admin app.
3. Did I mention that I don't give a fuck?

Look, don't start arguing. I made an admin app because I thought I had a chance to help out the community blah blah. I know what to do in order to improve. Thanks :)
