There's nothing wrong with trading, by the way. It's only if trade chat turns into spam that it becomes a problem. Besides, not many people talk over the chat on Death Run unless someone they know is talking to them on the mic. Or, if they're trading.
No, it isn't. Admins are responsible for enforcing the rules, and since the OP seems to have an unnatural compulsion to spam (since rational people would stop after being punished, as he/she has), I am having difficulty imagining him/her taking a hard-line stance against rule-breakers.

I want to say to everyone that commented on my application, Thank you. I very much appreciate everyone who has taken the time to comment. All of these comments have been very helpful reviews on my behavior. I will work towards breaking free of these horrible, long-lived habits.

You are right in the sense that there is nothing wrong with trading, but in the sense that its spam is clearly unacceptable since it's against the rules to spam, and how can you miss it if it's the first rule on the list?:

You can spam trade, if you're on a trade server, not a normal server. Not much other exceptions.

Well Honestly though Vissy may chat spam but no one ever complains or seems to ever care he seems like a very nice guy and he always helps you if you need it and he deals with most of the trolls and tries to work it out with them one of the reasons why I think Vissy should be an admin on the Skial servers

Even if no one cares its still breaking the rules. If a new member saw an admin break the rules, they would be under the impression that skial doesn't take it's own rules seriously which will lead to a lot of delinquent behavior that will make less people visit Skial servers and ultimately put the servers out of business.
Wasn't there a point where almost half of our admins were hated by a good amount of members even with them doing their jobs?

Doesn't make it any better - in fact, that means it took even more effort (on your part) to be annoying.
that isn't a copy and paste so don't lie. It's not possible to do it that fast let alone multiple times in a second by copying and pasting
