Tom, I think it's safe to say you don't qualify.

If you can't tell the difference between a legitimate statement and statements that are said in joking than you need to work on your reasoning. That player that I was talking to was a hacker which I reported when I couldn't contact any admins who was working with another hacker. Both had aimbot, but the first one stopped using his and instead started trolling. He was extremely transparent.

As for those of you concerned about the ban question... frankly, I just put in the application, like I said, because I have been an admin in the past at other communities and simply wanted to help when I was available. Wasn't sure - sorry, got it wrong. I am 100% okay with being denied - I just wanted to help.
