Improve Admin App: Shots Fired

As a cousin of Shots Fired and as a player, I have seen him played on the LA Goldrush sever in TF2 ever since he convinced me to play. Shots is always promoting positivity on the server while having fun himself as well. Also, as a dedicated player, he is committed in making the experience on the server the best as possible in many ways.
There are some problems that arise on the LA Goldrush server. One of them as "El Zilcho" previously mentioned was the childish inappropriate behavior that arise on the server occasionally. Of course, anyone can always report an issue to an admin, but there are no admins to my knowledge that isn't as dedicated and committed to this specific server as Shots Fired on the times he specified he is on (6pm-3am EST). Shots is there as a well-known player to many players as someone who is a fair-judging person. The attribute that Shots being fair-judging is very important as he can handle the issue more effectively than other admins who just exacerbate the issue even more further. Even more, the admins don't know the community of LA Goldrush and just be on a bunch of other random servers or not even be on TF2 at all!!! Someone who knows the LA GR community well, like Shots, would know the normal ways of this specific server and handle arising issues appropriately.
In the end, I believe that Shots Fired would be a highly-qualified person to become an administrator for the LA Goldrush server. No only that he has a great personality but the fact that he knows the regs well enough and the ways of the LA GR server makes him well-qualified to become an admin. You can ask any reg players and the response back will be positive.

As someone who has spent way too much time on this server, I can say that Shots would make a great Admin. He is extremely friendly with everyone and always helpful if anyone needs it. Since Shots plays so much on this server he would constantly be able to monitor and make sure everything is running smoothly. Like many of the other people have pointed out, Shots would make a great admin. - JimJam

Shots should be an admin on this server for so many reasons but I will specifically reference a few here. First, Shots contributes to a greater sense of community which is super important for any server. Second, Shots is helpful and patient with new players. Third, Shots is fair and friendly. I personally ahve administered game servers in the past and I would feel totally fine allowing him to admin any of my game servers. Shots is a great player AND an asset to the community. Please consider him for admin.
Good app. Lots of support with nothing but good anecdotes.
That being said, there's an inconsistency that I feel is important to address.
I want to know if there are any admins who can vouch for Shots on this. I looked at his friend's list and could see @RMSniper as the only Skial admin on there, and she's saying that he has never contacted her to report an issue on a server so I'm very suspicious.
If an admin doesn't vouch for you then not only a -1 for putting on airs, but a strong suggestion to close the app. Lying is an abuse of trust and I wouldn't support an admin who does that. Especially on their application.
If an admin does vouch for you, proving that you have at least once added and messaged an admin to bring attention to rulebreaking on a server as you say you've, "always" done then +1 for being cool.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was in a hurry that day. RMSniper is the only one, correct, and as far as messaging goes, she would initiate the conversation if there's anything going on and that only happened once or twice. So, I wouldn't use the word "always" but I told myself I would start reporting from now on. Thanks for understanding.
In the future, please give yourself time to say what you mean as an applicant even if it means you delay answering for like a day or so.

Shots would make a great admin. He's one of the few core regulars on the GR server and he is super-friendly to all the players.

Yes, in all honesty, I wasn't the one who initiated the conversation but I did tell RMSniper what wrong was going on about 1 or 2 times. Sorry if I sound confusing.
