1. Dependent on consent, if there is consent, I would leave it be, if there isn't, I would silence permanently. After collecting evidence, In console: sm_silence "#STEAM_0:0:53002757" 0 "Posting personal Info without consent" (command was editted after being re-informed of Skial procedures for this rule)
2. 2nd offense: sm_silence "#STEAM_0:0:53002757" 4320 "Spamming".

While your format is correct, posting someone's information is something we permantly silence/ban people for. You wouldn't know that though.
