Fair enough. I put -1 because he has some apparent vote abuse in his chat logs along with a failure to correct his ban command even after being told about it.
As for putting a +0, why even bother? If you have no opinion either way, why say anything at all?
I think it's probably said to that people are currently indifferent, but can probably be swayed relatively easily from the applicant's behavior in a short amount of time.
A fair point indeed, I just wanted to put SOMETHING so it didn't seem like all I was doing was criticizing. I shall edit it out.
I'll withdraw the application then and put my +1 behind Munch turbine admin. (however he doesn't play late)
Let me address the allegations
This particular instance the server had 6 screaming children all mic spamming at the same time. I wasn't wearing my headset and it was sitting on the desk a few feet away with volume on 1. Despite this the screeching child could still be heard spamming mic 25-40 times PER MINUTE.

It hasn't even been 24 hours. Do you think that I'm sitting around checking my email every 5 minutes to check the status of this?

As the people who are voting -1 don't play in the server, and because the forum users grossly out number the people that play in turbine, this seems like a lost cause.

I know I'm beating a dead horse since you just closed the app, but this pretty much sums up why I -1'd you. You're complaining about mic spammers and the like but I only was able to find two reports made by you via Reporter and a handful made by you. 86 days of play time and a few reports is "lacking" for someone who wants to be an admin. I'm glad you enjoy skial servers, but this tells me you're not admin material at all.

As Chel pointed out, you've only made two reports of someone mic spamming. In addition to that, "bitching" is still not against the rules. Just because a child is on the mic and complaining about something doesn't mean you can vote mute him. It's hardly considered spam at that point. If it gets to the point where he's just screeching without any distinguishable human language, then it's spam.
Lordthree has been a part of that server and that community for many years. He is a very popular player, and regular players truly enjoy his presence. I'm not sure which community an admin should be participating in according to your desired qualities, but Lordthree is the co-founder of the steam group specifically devoted to that server and the many people who play on it. He has continually shown himself to be a beneficial influence on the social environment, and does his best to try to stop rule-breaking.

Maybe I wasn't clear when I last addressed this. This was the case. He'd been carrying on for 40 minutes non-stop. I was just hearing screaming coming from headset on desk. If you're able to please look at other votes called on the server around the same time period. I wasn't the only one.
I'm normally not bothered by these sort of things but after that long I thought it would be prudent to call a vote. For the benefit of the server. When I said "Bitching" I meant it as "screaming" I guess. There were so many people "Screaming" that I thought "Bitching" would be a more useful term.
This is why I'm not on forums much. This type of nit-picking
I thought it would be democratic to vote. I could have probably called up everyone to overwhelm him with a report, but it seemed more democratic to vote.
