Being annoying isn't a mutable offense, that'd be vote abuse which is against the rules. You're implying he breaks the rules on a regular basis?

It was a kind of experiment I was curious if I could do it technically. And some of the players did like it. However, yeah I am an honest person so no need to lie I did stream music from mic once and stopped after realizing some people find it annoying. Maybe I will have your support in future. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for being honest and your input. I guess it was very obvious in his context he meant annoying=mic spam or random votes etc.

I know its very hard to break prejudice but I will give me explanation regardless;

There is people calling votes for random people and saying "its me, I did " etc his name name is Lucky boy [ATSF] if I am not mistaken. So yeah I voted him for calling random votes and he didnt get punished. So I flamed a bit because its annoying. I am normal person like everyone and I might flame now and then as well.

It doesn't really matter if people liked it or not. If the entire server was cheering you on and giving you free hats for it you still shouldn't be playing any form of music over the mic. It's against Skial rules and can get you comms blocked by an admin, regardless of what the players think.

It's not so much the playing music over the mic once thing that bothers me, its more so that you strike me as the type of person who either doesn't really know the rules or is willing to break them as long as the other players are okay with it.

Let's judge a whole app based on one mistake, sounds like a smart idea.

I'm going to look past that because I see you haven't tried anything like that again, which means you learned from it. The part of a punishment is to learn, and you did a good job. You have a lot of activity and that is quite good. I'm going to +1, good luck on your app man.
 
I just want to also point out, that the mute that people have mentioned is a votemute, not an admin mute. I actually appreciate his honesty, and the fact it appears he hasn't done it again means he does understand to not do that. As for the "Oh, you only selected one server", I feel like this argument is silly. There is no reason that someone who regulars one server cannot respond to a report.

I wonder how long ago the music occurred, would you care to answer that?
 
Ya know what? Have a +1, unless something else shows to the contrary, I think you've learned your lesson.
Can't be sure but, isn't the ban command a tad off still?

Hey, it's this guy again. Good on you for stickin' with Skial.

Testy (lol):
You get on server, and you dominate Twilight. Twilight types in chat, "wow check out this bk niqqa kert". You ask him to stop with a warning, and he says something racist again, so you gag him.
Explain what gag command you would use, and how you would get the information you type into the chat to execute it.

Anyways, he then proceeds to change his name to "KERT LOVES SUCKING DICK". He does that, taunts every time he caber kills you, and then, 6 minutes later, he changes his name to "FUCKFACE KERT COCKAHOLICK XD". Still gagged, but changed his name twice.
What course of action do you take?

He understood what he did wrong and he is not doing this no more, so i dont know why some of you still say that it is against the rules. I am sure he knows that and everybody here knows that. So your argument "becasue he was on spamming on mic" is invalid there ;)
I have to admit that i play often on Skial servers and i noticed that with such a popularity there is just a need for "24/7" cleaning up, becasue lots of ppl want to join your servers and there are too many trolls and other offenders/griefings/racists, and slots are taken by some of them just being afk, idling etc. Also it is hard to votekick them or mute becasue it is taking time and lots of votes to make.
I find Kert honest and trustworthy, and what is more important: he is regular there and he has time and will to do it.
