I don't intentionally go around calling people names or homophobic terms out of spite. It's always in reference or context to something, usually as a joke. If I were given the opportunity to admin for skial, I will limit my language and act more responsible. Of course those are just words. However, if I was given the opportunity to prove myself, I will set an example and show that I'm passionate about helping this community. If I wasn't legitimately interested in the position, I would not have taken time out of my day to type out what I'd like to think is a well thought out and detailed application, in comparison to some of the other ones you receive.
Our admins need to be mature and his chat doesn't prove that, I'm just pointing it out. It's not like I'm giving him a -1, but based on his chat only I wouldn't say he's admin material.

We've (not you and me specifically) have discussed this in the past, this guy is basically @Ruelel in terms of maturity, I don't see why he's being shot down for it. I see a large existence of maturity here also by him saying he'll change his ways as well as back when his ban was lifted, he corrected his error and apologized to @DaivdBaekr. We don't have to be mature all the time as admin, only when appropriate. I find this individual to be a great candidate and I'll happily vouch for him, +1!
I dont think that they are robots, it just doesnt seem quite fair to me. There has been pretty much no other application that has nearly as many likes as yours, and it hasnt even been accepted
