I agree with everything that @Pedro the fabulous and @RMSniper have said (Pedro could've worded it better though), if you had more recent time on the servers, or if you had a good reason for leaving in the first place, as someone who is newer to the Skial "core" community I would rather the application had some actual content rather than just relying on the fact you were an admin before... it would be nice to see that you're still aware of what the position requires, such as the ban command format.
In summary, after looking at what everyone has said, you seem like you were a good admin before... however for my support you'd have to get more regular time on the servers recently in addition to a reason why you left in the first place, what's to say you wouldn't just leave again?

If you mean that RM is being sarcastic, I don't think so.
We're not "bringing unmod posts into admin apps", I'm simply agreeing with what was said. The points that she makes don't lose validity just because they're being made in unmod.
I was being sarcastic. I knew exactly where it was coming from. Other people reading this thread might not have known what @RMSniper said about this. Perhaps @RMSniper did not want her comments linked to this admin app, since she made them in unmod and not here. But I suppose that is not of my business.

Your approach / wording is kind of disrespectful, just because you don't remember someone doesn't mean nobody else does. The dumb ratings, that unmod section - that's what it feels like to piss off people who actually know the person you're judging. It's not very pleasant (actually absurd) but it's very standard in a community and you kind of caused it.
You didn't deserve all of it, though. Whether or not people will agree, it should not even be argued that effort and attitude are very important factors when making an application, rather something serious as an admin application. It doesn't matter if someone has gone through a procedure before, and has lots of you as friends - if he has to re-apply, he has to try.. like everyone else. No effort means he's not. Period.
For an ex-admin's case, he's not exactly "like everyone else" but he should give a reason why he should be reconsidered, to avoid whatever happened before that caused his leave.
