I barely remember you but you put no effort in your application. I can't even know how you are now considering you have very low playtime recently, so you can't expect to have anybody who does not know you to support you.

-1 because there is just absolutely no effort put in the application so I don't think you can put any effort in being an admin, and I dislike your attitude because I believe you still have to 'earn' the admin status regardless if you were one before.

Under normal circumstances, you would be correct, if the app is next to effortless, we'd probably decline it but Gwor's been a member of the community since 2011 and is loved by all the regulars. When people leave a description in their app, it tells us about them and who they are, as well as how dedicated to the position they would be, gwor has already been through that process, he's been away and wants to return to help. He was efficient before, shouldn't be different now.
