I was on Jailbreak yesterday for quite some time.

You have my support, but here are some last guidelines which will help you doing a good adminjob out there.

1) If there is 5 min left in the round and red and blue players are friendly, don't let the whole server watch 5 min of friendly jumping. If red doesn't try to go in the armory and doesn't try to kill blue, they don't play the game soo you can set a time where you will end the round.
2) Don't immediatly yell "Freedaaaaaay!" in the beginning of every round. In the end g
freeday is camping and boring.
3) Kick players for their first false vote, silence for repeated abuse. Same for warden, warn with ptivate message and ban if he continues.

In general, remember that your task as admin is to find and equilibrum between fun, freeday time and actual gameplay. Always keep in mind that watching friendlies is boring.

Note that Grima has many followers on Jailbreak. Half the server was filled with spinoffs of his name, they want to give him a freeday alot, they ask him to "batman" with them. If anyone is capable to keep that server clean it is him.

Changing to -1. If you are ready to start a shitstorm drama, you are definitely not a Skial Admin material. Never saw any acting Skial admin starting threads like that before they became admins.

It still doesn't really matter how they are on the forums, it's how good they will be able to handle reports, ban griefers, and get rid of hackers and keep the servers clean. There are several TF2 Admins that I just found about not more than a week ago, each with about 80 posts total, so yeah, forum activity =/= ability to be an admin.

Actions on the forum demonstrate immaturity and readiness to start the drama which are not exactly admin's desired qualities. In addition, there is no other way to judge his server administration abilities since he has never been an admin on the servers which means you cannot identify his ability to handle reports. On the other hand, his readiness to start a drama demonstrates that he, most likely, is not gonna handle reports and appeals (which are being dealt with on the forum, just so you know) effectively.

I would say that it does matter how the admins decide to act and behave, both on the servers and on the forum. The admins are the most vocal authority on Skial (Bottiger is the one above them, but he's less often seen on the forum), so they become the most important face of the community and how the community is lead. People come here to appeal their punishment and be a part of the community, and the admins are to be seen as respectable authority when they communicate here.

They can't be that if they behave like kids, because nobody takes kids seriously.
