Any other reason you should be admin:
  • I am able to make good decisions when I see something that should be done.
  • For example, when I am playing on a server and I hear people complaining about someone who is hacking, I will go to spectator to see for sure if that player is truly hacking. I would then ban that player permanently for hacking.
  • I am a man of a few words, ( I am pretty shy) but i am that guy getting things done in the background when no one is looking.
  • I have been playing on Skial servers for a long time now and I am familiar with a good amount of the regulars there even if they aren't really my friends.
  • I have been in leadership roles before, I was an admin and moderator and even an owner on some MineCraft servers before I started playing Tf2 the only difference now is that I will mainly be alone and will mainly not have people to ask for answers to how to do things.

Barely 250 hours, very low effort app, almost no chatlog..

EDIT: People seem to disagree with my post, but I'm still at a +/-0.
He has no forum activity, even since his application, and not a single report.
Plus, no support from other players, only 5 hours played in 11 days, and I still think his app is low effort.

I think you marked the wrong server on your admin app because most (if not all) of your playtime is on the LA Turbine server, not the 2Fort one.

Either way, this looks slopped together and for being here for over 2 years the hours aren't very impressive. -1

The reason why i have low hours for being active for 2 years is becasue of my schedule.
I simply cannot be on Skial servers all the time, if there was a way for me to be able to I would.
I am only in high school at the moment ( Junior year) and I have a lot of school work to do on a daily basis. Also I played competitive for many seasons and that heavily restricted my time played on Skial servers
 
The app looks fine to me and the server time matches our requirement so i don't know why you are holding that against him. And i don't see why not having alot of chat in the chatlogs is a bad thing.

Get support from your friends and see where this goes.

+1, idk why everyone else is showing little support, there is nothing wrong with this application, calling it a very low effort app doesn't make a lot of sense to me either considering, in structure, it looks a lot like the app of @RMSniper

Play time is super lackluster though, and I have yet to see them get any friend support. But, of course, they still have a while to try and garner that, so, as Zebra said, I would also like to see where this goes. Just a thought when you say "nothing wrong with this application."

Also, I understand they said high school is a very busy time for them, which results in the lack of play time. However, they haven't been on the forums in almost a week. Forums activity is important too, imo, because, if, for example, an admin needs to not play for a couple days because of a hectic schedule, then they could show activity that way (and through reviewing reports). Just my two cents. Also, this isn't a -1!

Edit for 02/24/2016: He still has not logged onto the forums since February 10, two weeks ago. Yet people continue to say his lackluster play time can be made up by forum activity. And yet, he has zero forum activity ;) Also, his playtime is getting better lately, so maybe that's a sign of good things to come. [02/24/2016 pt 2:] apparently he has finally decided to log back online tonight! Woohoo. Maybe he can keep it up.

What are we looking at here?

EDIT: I agree with @RMSniper, the playtime is rather lackluster for a potential admin. Especially since you state you'd be available on weekends over weekdays and 13-02 was a Saturday. Although that's not enough to be a -1 from me, I would prefer to see some vouches before I make a decision.

+1, I agree that playtime and forum activity are important, but the worst that can happen is we have a less-frequent additional admin. Hes not replacing anyone, and it's not something to decline a good applicant over imo. He seems like a capable, good guy.
 
Iv seen @KillerZebra say in posts in the past you don't need to play TF2 that often, you just need to be on the forum to handle reports and appeals. (Please correct me if i'm wrong Zebra)

Ether way +1, its not the most impressive app but theirs not much wrong with it to start with.

Yeah playing the game a shit ton after becoming an admin isn't required, it's just preferred. Reports are admins main concern.

He's edited his app after my -1, I don't remember why I -1'd but I cannot find what I didn't like about the app so it must have either been fixed or I'm a moron.

Addressing one of the concerns here, more specifically about the chat log, The reasons why my chat log is very bare is because when i am playing on the server, I don't tend to say anything unless something cool just happened or if I find someone that needs to be muted
