I believe I've played with Darjeeling, either on the US | 2FORT or one of the 5Gorge servers. Seemed a decent bloke, and his application looks good. +1 I say, hurm-hurm.
Just a question I now have, what's the difference between "reviewing" and "considering"?
Reviewing I believe is that other admins/Staff members are looking over your app. Considering is when you may or may not be chosen to become an admin.
This is my understanding of it.
Reviewing: Looking over, seeing if adequate level for more in depth investigation.
Considering: Probably involves Zebra talking with Bottiger about it.
Reviewing means you are being questioned and we will review the future of your app based on how you answer, and how people responded to the app.
Considering basically means you past the initial test, and you will be one of the people considered when the admins discuss it in private with Bottiger. Bottiger has nothing to do with most of the apps until they are in the considering stage. Its our job to filter them.

I'll probably be gone for like four to five days, starting tomorrow just to give a heads up.
Ignore him. Take action however if he actually violates any more server rules (I.e chat binds said message and begins to spam chat or if he starts using racial slurs, give him a silence for the appropriate ban length.)
Edit: Since Ddosing does result in a perma-ban, and that it's something to take seriously even meant in a rage filled manner or "joking" I guess any threats involving Ddossing should result in a perma-ban which can be done by:
