Any other reason you should be admin:Im a fair person and like to hear both sides of an argument from both parties. Im 21 yrs old, so Im no child thats gonna ban people for "hacking." Dustbowl LA server is literally the only server I play on TF2 and everyone knows me. Ive come here to ask to become an admin because the server has become a free for all, where people are voting to ban people left and right for "hacking." Ive gone into spectator mode to confirm that no one is hacking, so everyone can get back to killing each other. But its gotten out of control people abusing the votemenu and Ive never seen an admin on the server. Ive played this server for about 2 years now, Ive always tried to tell people the rules that Skial has in place but no one listens to me. So I figured I'd try to put some authority behind skials rules.
Ive never been banned and/or votemuted in all the time ive played tf2(almost 800 hours.) Im probably one of the nicest guys I know, lol. But in all serious im very friendly and helpful to players, even though my chat log is quite colorful. Think of it this way, you honestly cant judge a soldiers personality in the thick of combat, and think thats his personality in civilian life. Unless your stricken with PTSD, but Ive never seen anyone have post traumatic stress from TF2.
Let me reiterate, im no power hungry baffoon. Ive been reading a lot of the admin apps on here and some are bloody terrible but hilarious. But a notable trait ive seen that lacks on most forms is mercy. Sometimes its best to show mercy than the whip(in this case the ban hammer). I give people second chances to redeem themselves, sometimes it takes a little motivation to get people to listen to you. If not, well then the hammer will hit them. With this logic I find people have more respect towards you in the long run.
Anyway, to the people who will be reviewing this, I thank you for spending your valuable time in reading this. I do hope to become a valuable and helpful asset to the tf2 skial gaming community.
Anyhoe, thanks for looking at my application!
May his fishyness be with you.
