This is a simple suggestion to create a chat message that occurs 1 minute, 30 seconds, and 10 seconds before a map vote. Map votes occur during the last 6 minutes of a map timer, so these warnings will be displayed during the minute before it. For example:
Map vote in 1 minute!
Map vote in 30 seconds!
Map vote in 10 seconds!
This is to remind players to nominate maps before a map vote occurs so they are not caught off guard and have a map pool full of undesirable maps. This happens more frequently than one might think as it is not uncommon for players to be preoccupied with the map and the gameplay seconds before a map vote is initiated. This also has the added benefit of warning players when they are about to be muted by a map vote so they can prepare accordingly.

A map vote that occurs after the map timer has reached 6 minutes will have all three warnings occur beforehand.
A map vote incurred by a sufficient amount of RTVs or by a bought force RTV will now be delayed by 10 seconds and have the 10 second warning to allow for last second map nominations.
