Details:

I don't know how, but I randomly got banned on 108.61.46.59:27015 when I clicked a link. I didn't download anything, all I did was view the site and I got banned. Clicking the link only got me banned on 108.61.46.59:27015. I can still join other skial servers. I can't get an appeal in the ban appeals section because I'm not in the sourcebans list.​

I don't know why the server was doing that but I rebooted it and it works now.
