According to this players stats event, the player was on for awaile.

He was using a Steam exploit where you don't get authorized until 2 or more minutes later.

We have a plugin that kicks people who are not authorized within X seconds but it was disabled because it was affecting way more legitimate players than hackers, but I guess we will turn it back on.
