This was my report. There's been unplayable server lag happening on and off there for the last day or so. It's tolerable when it's a couple of players and bots, but when there are more players it gets seriously stuttering.

If you are reporting a connection problem, please attach the results of MTR to the server IP. Otherwise we cannot help you.

Use MTR so bottiger can look into it.

The stuttering isn't the video encoding, it's what's going on in the game.
