Resolved 1kshards - Abusing report because he was votemuted, saying it was "injust"

Didn't bother screenshotting because I was trying to play, but 1kshards attempted to pass two !votereports on someone who started the votemute on him, and two votebans...I assume he'll probably attempt to do another the second he is able to.

Just as an aside, he got votemuted because he was screaming into his mic and being an idiot.
 
Don't bother, people who go into 4chan never survive with all their brain cells.

Unless you happened to be in /b/ at the most glorious days of all humanity.
 
The reason I said it was "'Injust"' was because I did not realize i was screaming into the microphone, as I was extremely annoyed. I was not being an idiot, he is just trying to insult me. Because i didn't realize this, I was told to stop once, and I actually did. But even after that, I was still vote muted by a player who tried long after i stopped yelling. I was not going to try to voteban him again because if it doesn't work twice, then it just wont work. I also do not have the cool down ability, so i would have had to wait anyway. If they thought I was vote spamming, then they should have attempted to ban me for it, but they didn't. But how is it report abuse if something like that even happened? Sometimes people don't see the !votereport so I normally try twice. I also think it was an injustice because they could have client muted me. Instead, they vote muted me and I couldn't say ANYTHING to ANYONE. I cant even communicate to anyone should I have to. I honestly think it was a little abusive. I also came on after i was unmuted, and i tried to apologize for what happened earlier. I then got vote muted AGAIN, because someone felt like messing with me (yes he got reported and no I did not start the report).

How were you unaware? I did inform you you were coming off obnoxious as hell and you chose to not listen...votebans don't work in most cases because the percentage is so high, better to let the admins sort it out....the presence of clientmute is a dumb point, if you were being obnoxious enough that 60% of the server wanted you muted, obviously you were doing something wrong. He didn't grief you by calling a SUCCESSFUL vote on you, he called it one time, wasn't making fun of you after...yet you proceeded to call two failed votes on him, and tried to submit a report twice.

I'm glad the admin took the position that he did.

When I think back, as I am doing right now, I only remember 1 person telling me to shut up. That may have been you, but the way you said it, it was just so rude. I tried to quiet my voice down. But honestly, I made a complaint that didn't even last 1 minute... by the way, it what 55% (from memory). It also doesn't matter who says yes, because whenever I see a mute and gag going on, it is for no reason at all, and most people still say yes anyway! Some people don't care and put a random answer. Who says other people didn't client mute me before the vote and then thought "I don't really care, but I will say yes anyway." It also doesnt matter if the vote is spammed. It can still be counted as abuse if for personal gain. Like i said, client mute. you say it is dumb, but honestly it is a better choice then MUTING AND GAGGING. You have no way to communicate if you are muted and gagged, right? After i was vote muted, there were numerous accounts when I wanted to say something like, "there i a spy in our intel room" ,or "there is a heavy, a medic, a sniper, a scout, and a demoman coming through the sewers togethor". Vote muting is really only a good choice for someone who is mic spamming and chat spamming (mostly chat spamming, as people think talking is mic spamming ?).
