Public/free VPNs? Also, it looks like this particular VPN client is not compatible with P2P traffic.
If it is a personal private VPN then we do not ban for that. Only public proxies that can be used by anyone.

Smokey used to get banned sometimes when he forgot to turn off his Torguard (a VPN service he pays for).
Yeah.. Using this VPN will get you banned. So make sure you don't have it on when you wanna play TF2 on Skial servers.
