Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
So, as we all know, there is an AFK mechanism on all Skial servers. If you go AFK, a bot plays in your place, in a way that your team is not harmed by lacking a player. And, as we all know, games on turbine can be pretty unfair if one team has the mid advantage (with engis or just a combo dominating with minis). Each player contributes to establishing balance between the two teams as much as they can. Equitably, not 'equally', which is completely fine.

But, there are people who seek to dodge that mechanism. And I don't know why. That's none of my business, anyway. I'm just here to report this guy, Thomas.

I consider myself a regular on Turbine NY, and he plays there quite often. When he goes AFK, he starts spinning in spawn. At first, when I saw he first did it, I initiated a voteban on him for 30 minutes; why? Because his behavior comes in contradiction with the following rule:

Harming your team for an extended period of time

As you will see in the following demos (and if you check his hour count and stranges), Thomas is by no means a dispensable asset in a pub. He tends to score in the hundreds every game he plays, so he's a contributing member of his team. Many times, I was faced to fight him and a pocket medic, which gave me quite some trouble.

I told him numerous times that it's against the rules. That if he wants to go afk, he doesn't have to spin. Hell, I once went AFK by mistake and was put on a completely different server after a long while. I was still in the turbine server for a while and was still doing something, which helped my team. (by mistake = i was watching a movie and I thought I had closed TF2)

But he keeps laughing at me and insulting me. This is not the first time this has happened, though. He admitted to doing it for more than 30 minutes.

People say this is a pub game, that there is no need to take it seriously; what about people who just want to chill out on Turbine after a long day, but can't, because one of their teammates decided that they don't want to get kicked, and have to deal with the frustration of getting rolled all the time? It makes them want to get off the server.

I tried reasoning with Thomas and his clique of meme kids. But they just ended up all taunting in spawn.

I have seen people getting banned LIVE on the server for being friendly. His behavior obstructs the team and makes things unfair, not fun and unjust.

I have demos to prove it, too.

In the first demo, he admits to spinning for more than 30 minutes and does it live. All giddy and excited after I told him he was going to be reported.

In the second demo, he started to follow me around until he went AFK AGAIN in spawn. This is just to show you he doesn't give a fuck.

I just want to have fun, at the end. I don't take things too seriously most of the time, I know people consider it a pub, so do I, but I want to enjoy the pub.

I would like it if Thomas could be warned directly. If you check my chat logs recently, I told him that he wouldn't be able to play here again, that was me overreacting and I don't believe in that. I just want him to stop that detrimental behavior.

I've been a skial player for years now; I care for the servers, and I want things to be fair for both teams.

Thanks for reading.
