In my last report that I made on neon, he muted 3 little kids for being kids which I do realize that alot of people on the server do. But, he also called me a spic for dominating him in a game. (See my last report for photo proof)

Well, there wasn't any vote abuse today, this time he said this to me for joining the server

It really does seem like this guy can just do whatever he wants when he wants. He is honestly extremely immature and this needs to be stopped.
 
So I didnt say that so if you would check logs and not mute when there is no reason too that would be awesome.There was someone that had my name, he was in another server I was in
