Not seeing any aimbot, just choppy gameplay with some spectator lag

I'd disagree that it's spectator lag because it's not consistent, his aim was completely regular and didn't have any stuttering until multiple people are near the crosshair, then it stutters. I feel like 2:48 has a sniper on sniper kill that feels off specifically.
