While this is not specifically against the rules - if you take things too far and people start complaining, you'll be silenced again. There is no extensive list of everything a person can and cannot say on the server. If you are talking in a way that triggers other players and gets you vote muted, it's likely taken too far. I'm not going to sit here and go over every single thing you can and cannot say. But just be warned that you are pushing things to the limit with your overall negative chat.

ok, when i say FAT FUCK i'm referring to a class - so i'll say is a "fat fuck" in the sewer. how would i know if player is fat?

the only time i say "fuckin pussy" to someone is when a camper has stickies on my base door and i walk a walk out and get killed.
i just read the rules and honestly i dont see an issue with any of them but i hear what you are saying. the other thing i think is going on is that there are certain admins on the server i play on (you can see which one) who say verbally things like: yeah he's like that, yeah hes a PITA, yeah just ignore him (which is always and option) or the one that is really annoying is that - YEAH HE'S BEEN BANNED BEFORE. So as soon as people hear that they vote to mute or kick me.

now that i know how to record i will spec and attempt to record if i think someone is cheating rather than saying it. once i record, what am i supposed to do with that recording ?

Again, "fat fuck" or "fucking pussy" isn't necessarily against the rules. The reason I'm warning you is that looking at your logs, you're really close to coming off as toxic. You have enough past silences that you will most likely be permanently silenced if you break the rules again. And, any further appeals will most likely be denied since you are being given a chance here. So, if you keep this behavior up - be warned that you're on very thin ice. Being kind to other people and reducing your negativity most certainly won't hurt.

thanks. i will def record if i think someone is cheating but honestly your comment of "you will most likely be permanently silenced" says i HAVE to play like i am muted. There are always smart ass players on server and one of them decides to vote mute me for whatever reason and a few agree and i get muted according to your comment above its game over. so that pretty much says - i cant chat or comment any more.
