Why should you be unbanned?
so yesterday i accuse a guy of cheating and give him some crap on chat ? i have a lot of hours playing and if it smells like it, and looks like it, it usually IS. that guy wall-hack shot me 3xs, so YEAH i called him a cheat - SO WHAT ? and that guy votes to mute me and i get a 30 min mute in game - ok, whatever. then that 30 minss turns into 3 months (maybe 6 months) ? is that how it works? i cant tell how long i'm muted because this guy Kalashnikov entered the ban into the list and its there 2xs so i cant tell if its 3 months or 6 months?

i mean - come on ? do we now have to be nice all the time and can't talk shi$ to anyone during a game? it happens ALL THE TIME? this isnt church, i mean, the game has BUILT IN taunting of other players ????

You are doing a lot more than accusing one person of cheating. If you have evidence that someone is cheating, then report them. Calling everyone a cheater sets a bad example and can cause further problems down the road. Also, banter is ok but do not be toxic.

see heres the other thing. how do you expect me to PROVE someone is cheating? as i said, i have a lot of hours and you can tell when something isnt right. but most of the players are too dumb and or just say no they arent cheating when you accuse someone. if there is some way for me to PROVE someone is cheating let me know and i'll try it. but i certainly dont know how. most of the other smack talking in there is because people were camping on my battlement door and i was either pissed when i walk out and get blown up OR it was once we killed them and the camper tried to come back, its me giving them shi$ as i kill them again and again.
 
Talking shit with friends is one thing, accusing people of cheating is problematic - especially when you do it as frequently as you do and have no evidence. And people passing a vote to silence you suggests and at least a significant portion of the server is potentially bothered by you.

You can get evidence by spectating people and recording demos.

Look, I'm willing to work with you, but I need to see something on your part that is willing to change. Bad attitude will just get your appeal denied.

also a few of those comments were to people giving me crap on voice. but the VOTE to mute was on me calling the guy that wallhack shot me a cheat. not on the HOURS of play comments you listed. btw - you seemed to have picked a filter that looked for "fuck" in the comment because i def had more comments than that. if that word isnt allow - please let me (and others) know

ok - so tell me how to record in spectate mode. seriously - i dont know how to do it. and what exactly should it show? i dont know how to look at a video for cheating. i've spec'ed other players but you see them - you dont see their shot or where the play was killed - ie, behind a wall ?

i understand what you are saying. i'm not trying to have a bad attitude but i'm also not going to beg. i got banned for 30 mins - ok, so you're prob right and whoever was playing at that time agreed. my question was: how does 30 turn into 3 months or 6 months ? I'll take the 30 min ban - i just wont get the 3 / 6 months? and let me know how to record and i'll try to do it but again i dont know what i'm looking for ?

You have *a lot* of previous punishments ranging from voteabuse to toxicity and advertising cheats. This is why your current one is 3 months

oh ok - so it has nothing to do with this? i certainly dont EVER remember a voteabuse and the entire time i've played TF2 i'm guessing i have called less than 10 - thats thousands of hours so i wouldnt call that ABUSE ???? And you and i discussed this before - I DO NOT advertise cheats - to be clear, what i said is that cheats exist and they can be easily bought on the web. that ISNT advertising them - its stating a fact to people that say you can't cheat. those are the facts - i DONT encourage people to cheat and it pisses me off because people still CHEAT and most ppls are clueless that it happens
