This is EXTREMELY annoying to deal with.
You might say "Just single rage him", well single rages significantly reduce stun time.

Seriously all the last Spies alive ever do is just shoot 2 revolver shots and cloak if you even look at him, sometimes tank a hit and use the knockback to be gone forever.
Then they run to a health pack to heal and an ammo pack or use L'Etranger to refill their cloak and repeat.

I say this is fair, especially for spies who just cloak and hide. I do have 1 question, for spies who use C&D, what would you suggest? When you say disable, do you mean that they can’t take a hit? I wouldn’t mind if the C&D is reduced to maybe 1 to 2 seconds after taking a hit.

You can make an arugment that anyone who tries to deal damage to a hale with more health than they can handle as the last 1 or 2 people left are time wasters. Maybe the issue is more than the spies wasting time, because soldiers, pyros, scouts, even medics can waste time too

C&D is turned into stock invis watch during regular VSH rounds, so nothing really needs to be done about it (when i say regular VSH rounds, i'm referring to the actual vs hale rounds, not the regular arena pre-round)

yes, that is what I meant I should have been more specific in my post about what I was talking about either after a hit their cloak is severely reduced or It's just flat out disabled the first option being more fair IMO.

Something was done, regenerating cloak is slower now which... unfortunately didn't solve anything.

I usually don’t mind cloak spies but if they’re constantly just shooting the hale and then cloaking when the hale just comes near them, it starts to make the whole gameplay boring and annoying to deal with. IMO, it’s worse on pre-round because you can have a C&D spy since they either just do nothing until someone decides to vote slay and then they go out and actually start fighting, or they just cloak and wait for someone to have their backs turned and then try to strike and then they’ll just cloak again.
