Declined [FF2] Buff the caber

Add charges or something so we can make it a good weapon that is fun to use instead of something that is just fun to use.

I think the caber should be able to have a recharge on it similar to weapons like the Gas Passer rather than it just being a “one swing and you’re done” weapon.

I can't make changes to FF2 involving weapons like this because if I start making changes to the plugin and he updates it, then I will have to manually figure out if the changes we made broke something every time we decide to upgrade.
