I love TF2. I've been playing since the original Orange Box. In the past, I've been an admin for both {RoFL} and =(eGO)= clans. {RoFL] has since disbanded, and the eGO servers haven't been active for some time. I found Skial, and genuinely enjoy both the servers and the players.

I play in the Dustbowl server almost exclusively. I'm a regular, active player. I know the other regulars in the server, too.

While I'm a pretty competitive gamer, I always show respect for my peers. Having fun and challenging each other is what it's about. I'm active with my mic: coordinating with players, congratulating good plays, making jokes, and giving encouragement to new players. Everybody deserves to have a good time as long as they play fair and follow the rules!

I'm reapplying now that I have the requisite hours. I hope you'll consider my application for admin. Either way, I'll continue to be in the Skial Dustbowl server regularly. See you around!​

You can do but your old app was not stale and your replies were sufficient.

What you could do is get regulars you've played with to feedback on your app - to try keep it alive. The more support the better.

It's been two weeks since I submitted this application. There have been several views, but no additional comments.

Respectfully, I submit a key reason for my lack of notoriety in Skial circles is a relative lack of admins that frequent the Dustbowl server. I play in the server multiple times a day. I know, and am known by, the regulars there. If there were regular admins in the Dustbowl server, they'd know me (no pun with my name intended, lol).

I think this low visibility in the Dustbowl server speaks to my potential value as a Skial admin. You would have one more set of eyes making sure things are running smoothly. Admin action is rarely needed, but it's good to have the capability when such a rare moment arises.

Great coverage is a good thing. I can help with that. :)

There is no requirement that your support come from "Skial circles". If you know regulars there, then ask them to get on the forums to support your app.

This serves 2 purposes, to confirm that you are indeed a regular on the server, and that they don't actually hate you.

I'm going to mark this as improve I'm afraid.
You've been advised on how to further progress this app which you haven't done which lead to it becoming stale, and shows a lack of motivation. Admin apps generally only pass with sufficient decent support, I haven't seen an admin app without support pass unless they were exceptional or in a good timezone.
