It was 3 days. you got a 1 month ban for dw denial at some point but your longest mute is 3 days.

Interesting, looking at Sourcebans he just got a straight up 1 month ban for denying deathwish with no prior admin bans.

The server works best, and is most fun, when not all rules are followed, or followed laxly, having the server decide what is too far, and what is acceptable through votemenu, if far more fun to play and leaves the server alive for far longer than admins coming in and strictly enforcing every slight break of the frankly over-complicated rules.

Even so, rules have to be followed. But if you do the slightest bit wrong including if you accidently kill someone, you will still probably get slayed by some admins, there are so many rules it's hard for people to keep up with, especially with them changing ever so often that old players who haven't played hasn't been notified on it and they will probably be reported which is unfair if i have to say the least as it's affected people like me, noodle, whip_cactus and some other regulars.

also the rules have been 98% the same for over 4 months now

and over 80% the same for 7

Right so my post got deleted but I got banned 1 month for freekilling, and as much as I agree with my punishment, I must say 1 month is overkill and this reputation of harsh punishments should not continue

You abused your position as Warden to order people into a stack and machina killed 5 people.
It's correct for the number of prior punishments you have, there's nothing overkill there.

Ban Lengths

Here are the standard ban lengths. Use longer ban times based on the seriousness of the offense, or if the person plays rarely and would not be affected by a short ban time, or is a repeat offender.

3 days
1 week
1 month
Permanent
5:17 PM - TheMiningAlex: all punishments stack
5:17 PM - TheMiningAlex: a person with 2 mutes gets a week or month ban depending on severity because it is the 3rd punishment

We work from the number, not the length of the previous.
I was lenient on them for their first time ghosting (as often people get confused).
