Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
This admin is totally incompetent. Some guy has been running around griefing for half an hour now and he hasn't been kicked. He refuses to kick people for griefing or doesn't know what it is, either way I don't think he's fit to be an admin. This is unfortunately the third time I've seen him ignore blatant griefing. He's also ignored all my attempts to contact him to alert him of this problem. What type of admin for a server would just blatantly ignore potential reports. He's clearly not aware or active enough to thwart potential problems.
Here's a picture of someone obviously griefing and proof that he was on the server at the same time.

He later ran around shooting people with the Rocket Jumper.

I don't know how to provide proof that he ignored my attempts to report this person but hopefully he's honest enough to admit that he did.

This is just one time too. Another time he not only didn't kick a griefer he kicked me instead for calling the vote. He later admitted that he was wrong and still he refused to punish the guy who was originally griefing. (I know this because the player in question is still on the server every week griefing.)

Overall I think Mr. Wagon should, at the very least, be demoted because he can not fulfill his duties as a Skial admin.

Chuckwagon is one of our best admins imo.

That picture doesn't prove that he was in in the server, that isn't even the avatar he uses, and it doesn't prove he knew that was going on if it was him.

It seems to actually be chuckwagon seen from his stats page since he was on the same server for a long time, but your second point stands. @chuckwagon
 
Update: he ignored my friend request and left the server. The griefer is still here. Come take a look if you want.

Look at the second picture, he's on red with 14 points. I tried telling him that he was griefing but he kept ignoring me. The griefer was on for over an hour... griefing. Even if he was ignoring me he should have noticed. Not only that but when he was shooting people with the Rocket Jumper several other people even commented on it.

It was me. I am not sure why that avatar is what was showing. I used it weeks ago when I was going incognito.

1. I never said I was wrong. I removed the silence for vote abuse just to resilience you for racism. I wasn't admitting I was wrong, I was proving the point that you are a toxic player that cannot follow rules.
2. You are a toxic player. I am not going to respond to being spammed trade requests and friend requests from someone that hurls insults at me because he doesn't get his way. We have a reports section for reporting problems. You didn't bother to use it.
3. Unfortunately, try as we might, we cannot catch every single infraction. If these screen shots were from yesterday, I pretty much played pyro constantly and would not have any reason to be behind blu's lines to see the griefing engie. I don't remember anyone else complaining about griefers, and if they did I am sorry, like I said we can not see/hear everything. Same with the rocket jumper. I remember hearing someone talk about shooting people with a rocket jumper, but it sounded to me like someone was telling a story about it happening at another time, it didn't sound to me like it was happening right then.
4. There are people that play the game in ways I don't like: rocket jumpers/ sticky jumpers that jump behind. I think they are annoying but they are helping the team if only creating a distraction and getting the occasional market garden. I don't get to make the rules, so I have to get over it. There are also new players that just don't know better. If I am investigating someone accused of griefing, I always check their hours to see if they are new.

I have seen your kind over and over again. You are a regular on a server for long enough that you think it's 'yours' and people that aren't regulars need to follow your rules. Well, it's not yours; or even mine. It Bottiger's. Our job as an admin is to follow his rules and to interpret them how we think he wants them interpreted. If Bottiger or other admins have a problem with how I conduct myself on the servers or forums I have always and will always accept criticism.

But from someone that can't come up with something more original than "Cuckwagon"...hard pass.

Usually reversing an action implies that the action was incorrect. I guess that was my fault for assuming you had thought logically about it.

The last time I tried to report a griefer I got muted for a month.

He was griefing for over half an hour and you played on his team when he was shooting people with the Rocket Jumper and set up a tele that goes right off the cliff. I could have taken a picture of him shooting the Rocket Jumper at people but I have a feeling I would just get a bunch of people in here telling me I needed more proof or not believing me or something ignorant like that.

Do you actually not know what griefing is? Do you think I tried to report someone because they were using a Rocket Jumper/Sticky Jumper?

I don't expect people to follow "my rules" I expect people to follow the "server rules" which you, as an admin, should enforce. One of those rules, which neither of us made, concerns griefing. To me griefing is like when you go behind spawn and build a sentry for no reason or build a teleporter leading directly to a cliff. I would even consider getting three kills in an hour because you sat in spawn spamming chat to be griefing.

My "H" key on my laptop is broken. I meant no disrespect. You actually need to be well off enough to have a significant other to be cucked though so it's kind of a compliment when you think about it.
