Closed Admin App: Salty Mcpepperson

Not the kind of question I was looking to ask, but we may as well start with this -- what's going on here?

Could be a result of using +attack as an engineer/heavy on a sentry/dispenser and standing/attacking. I really don't know why it would AFK then go back to me within a second. I know for sure there was a bathroom break in there, but other than that I don't really know.

The power of this position will make you into something bad and we don't need ANYMORE of that than we already do. I have a bad feeling about this person that he should not become a mod. So I was right, I did have a feeling that there was something wrong about the app. I do forgive all the people who dumb rated me, but it's ok. Hopefully peace will come upon you. Now for this app, I think it should be marked as "improve" because I think you can become a solid admin, however not right now. I stand by my decision of "-1". I don't expect an apology for the people who dumb rated me because I'm actually at peace. Thank you for reading.

He's shown good understanding of the rules through both reports and brief conversations that I've had with Salty.
Any time that he has discovered something that he's not sure of, he's messaged me so I can help clear things up for him.
Even taken the time to actually go with me on an empty server and discuss possible exploits and Skial's opinions of them.

+1 I don't know what was up with the afk that day but I never see him idle. He usually just logs off so I'm pretty sure it was something minor or he was busy idk. Anyways though he has a good grasp of the rules he is a nice guy to play with and talk to so yeah again +1

He clearly avoids AFK kick by setting his player to attack by a dispenser or by movement. I have personally seen it. That is against the server rules.

If you can't follow the rules how are you expected to enforce them.

3. JayDee, whose profile is above, is playing in JB with you. He decides to be funny and change his name to "Admin." In chat, he says:

What do you do, if anything? For this scenario, JD has been silenced twice before.
