Holy Spirit called a voteban on me for no reason. I couldn't post earlier because my e-mail was down and I had trouble creating an account. Please ban this fool since I already see that he has had other problems on this forum. Thank you.
 
First - in the future please just put the SteamID and nothing else into the box.

Do you have any demo evidence from the server at the time that the vote(s) were called?
 
Yeah, I'm not sure what happened there. No, I haven't played for a bit and I didn't think about the demo so I just did what I could. It's obvious this guy likes to call false votebans. I saw another thread about the exact same thing

While this is true, we cannot punish someone with so little evidence.
In the future, please record demos if you are being accused/voted against wrongfully.
I'm going to mark this as "Need Evidence" - you may want to see if anyone else on the server was recording, otherwise I'm afraid I can't help you.

Obviously. That's the point... lol. He's saying that perhaps this Holy Spirit guy was triggered by the reporter's name and chat, which is why he called the voteban (which would the votemenu abuse case). I don't think it's enough evidence, so, I'm sorry about that, Ricky, but Dave was making a valid point that you missed, Baekbaek.

Wouldn't be news to the guy what his name was or what's in his chatlogs. There's no evidence that the vote was abusive. Suggesting otherwise isn't productive until there is evidence.
 
Wait, if you can get my chat log, weren't you able to get Holy's log when I first reported him? It's early so maybe I'm missing something here.

I know how frustrating and sometimes insulting it can be when someone tries to vote you out and you feel like you did nothing wrong. So I will take another look.

I just looked over everything for the last hour to see if there is anything that I may have missed. At this point it is just speculation (to me). We do not ban on speculation alone. Sometimes we can if the reported player has a history of making multiple votes on people in the log. Than it can become more than just speculation. The reported player does have a vote against you on the 16th and @DaivdBaekr has already taken care of that here. If DaivdBaekr thinks that maybe the player is targeting or retaliating against you for that, Ill leave it up to him. It would be just silence and not a ban that you might be looking for.

Also you know alot of the rules. Just don't over look that one about bypassing the afk manager. It looks like you might be bypassing the afk manager.

Feel free to add me to your steem. If your having issues with a player just send my am IM and I can hop on the server and help with the situation.
