He seems to have reported "Penis Butter" for no reason... I know it isn't against the rules to use it and call no votes. I agree that if it had only been that case, I wouldn't have put any gag - but in this case I think it is deserving.

Only reason I didn't silence Penis Butter was because I was being lenient in regards to how often he was sending chat messages. I can totally understand why he would report him for chat spam, but hey ¯\_(ツ)_/ your call
