Declined Permamute/Permagag

Bringing this suggestion up again. I think it would be better to permanently mute/gag racists and micspammers on our servers instead of banning them. Would keep our player base strong. I would prefer to see "permamute" appeals than ban appeals.

Dunno, it obviously hasn't been maintained. Maybe it still works, guess it would require testing.

You are correct, but it's age and lack of updates aren't exactly good signs either.

I'm also in support of this plugin.

+1. I've seen this deployed on many Servers. It works great. Or at least it did when I got Perma-Muted and Perma-Gagged on No Heroes.
