Do you guys think they'll add new customization options for the current heroes, or keep new content exclusively to new heroes and their customization?

I hope the first one to some extend. Not that they keep their focus on the existing heroes and don't bother adding new ones. However the last thing I want to see is more sprays. The fact that you can only pick one in a certain category removes the fun of sprays anyway.
you mean cosmetics? cause they've already added a second set of skins since they were first introduced. when the skins first came out they only had 1-2 for each hero
I read awhile back something about them saying the heroes aren't 'classes' in the sense that you can customize them. They come as they are. At least I believe that's what they said if I recall correctly
So we'll probably be getting new heroes instead of having customization options for current ones
Edit - I'm referring to abilities and things of that sort by the way

Maybe molting, so you can molt skins you don't like into currency, with 'heavy loss' of course.
I was talking more in the cosmetic customization rather than gameplay. Like skins, poses, intros, that stuff. I mean, loot boxes are useless once you get a certain percentage of unlocks

"There is more we want to do with the progression system eventually (this is more long term -- not immediate). We want to give you more customization options (we know people want to have random option for Poses for example). We have some cool ideas of how you could equip more than one spray or voice line... so those are fun things we'd like to get to. But they are minor and are far off. We also have some pretty cool new content we want to add to the progression system -- so we're looking forward to getting some of that in eventually."

Blizzard should really enforce a commend vs condemn vote to weed out toxic players and keep them separated

I've gotten more with Reaper and Tracer, I'd say they are both easier than Soldier. At least for me.
