really nice guy. without even being admin, i noticed he usually looks out for team imbalances and tries to make teams even so everyone has a good time. def good admin material

1. Someone is on the server spamming. "GET GUD GET LMAOBOX". What do you do?

2. Chuckwagon build a teleporter that leads from a forward spawn position to the first spawn position. What do you do?

3. Someone says "lmao skial is a joke, they use fake players. Everyone should go to noheros." What do you do?
 
1. I'd warn the person 1st but if they continue.

2. Ask chuckwagon to stop, if chuckwagon continues and assuming 1st offense sm_ban "#[U:1:83609105]" 1440 "griefing"
3. If they say it once? I'd leave them alone. If they're saying it consistently, I'd ask them to go to those servers. If they continue at that point I'd use the /votemenu for the mute/gag to know if others feel that way (personally this annoys me regardless of what server/community I'm on). If it gets to the point of spam sm_gag "#[U:1:44397999]" 1440 "Spam" and/or sm_mute "#[U:1:44397999]" 1440 "spam" (I could use sm_silence as well) If they try to circumvent the gag/mute while continuing to spam I'd do sm_ban "#[U:1:44397999]" 1440 "Dodging punishment". Escalate from there if necessary.

Honestly though the last scenario whenever I've experienced as a regular player the person either says it once/leaves or after saying it for 5+ min leaves during the vote for mute/gag.

Scenario
You are an admin playing on the Blu team on Badwater, and the entire red team switch to heavy, start throwing sandviches around, and generally lighten up on their defense. They are still killing some Blu players, but in general are more concerned with feeding sandviches indiscriminately to injured players, thus still racking up points.
The whole Red team consists of those who have supported your application here.
Question
Tell me, how do you deal with this situation? How would you deal with this situation if the scenario was reversed and the Blu team all went sandvich heavy and acted the same way.
Please include any commands you may use.
 
Seems to of taken a while to answer Maddos scenario. Anyone know if this app is even active at this point?

I'm still interested btw just haven't checked recently due to being busy with renaissance fairs.

I'd treat both teams the same I have a personality where I don't exactly attach to people easily and I'm not to worried about what people think of me.

I'm also not a big fan of the "friendly hoovy" if any of you have ever played with me while there's a "hoovy" I still kill them anyway.

To the point of your questions.

To be honest I'd probably start with a team scramble after that point if there's still people doing it I'd give them a warning. Assuming the only wrong doing is going hoovy I'd then kick 1 or 2 players who are still doing it and give a final warning to anyone else doing it (if you're curious to who I would kick it would be whoever is the most vocal about staying hoovy or whoever I see 1st and if applicable 2nd). sm_kick "#[U:1:44397999]" I highly doubt anyone would still be hoovy at this point but should the need arise I would ban people for 1 day sm_ban "#[U:1:44397999]" 1440 "Friendly Hoovy"
