It seems Neo rage does not build up like the others on FF2. See demo.

I thought Bottiger had solved this, but perhaps not, worth another look at.

I'm not sure how to fix this as I have not changed anything with the plugin.

Neo did not come up that often but is now comming up more often, I think by choice or players choosing neo and the rage has been that way from the start. The only way it charges normal is from air blast from pyro. other wise even on a near full server, 95% chance that rarge would NOT build up enough for even 1 rage unless pyro starts air blasting him.
