Well, a bit about me! My name is Sarah, I'm 21 years old. I'm working part time and I throw a little school in there from time to time, but for the majority of my time spent not doing those things I play on TF2, and commonly on skial servers.
I would like to be an admin to help improve the quantity and the hype of the servers. I love skial, and the people who play skial. Its a great time whenever I'm on. I wouldn't say admins aren't active, because I've become friends with a few, so often I seek their help but sometimes I wind up out of luck, and being an admin myself would help get rid of the issues regarding missing an opportunity to improve gameplay for everyone. An example would be mic spammers or sexist players, which I run into every single day. My chat is a bit sloppy, and may seem misinterpreted, but I game with majority friends, and I'm quite a jokester, with a mouth on me as well. Lol. I mean well and if you know me at all, you know I care about others. I'm quite abrasive but I try my best to improve on all levels.​
 
I think Toxik says that about every single person that applies. You have to be perfect I guess. I see nothing wrong with that chat

I only say it where it applies. I don't think an admin should be posting links to porn websites, but hers is not that bad compared to some recent applications, hence why I did not say her chatlog was bad, only that it could use some improvements.

I like you a lot, and I'm pretty sure I've seen you around when I was more active. So +1 from me.

But I did skim your chat a little bit and seen this along with some drama (don't worry, I'm not nitpicking):

So I suppose I'll give you some advice that I learned when I was admin. Harassment sucks, and I understand your frustration. I used to get similar bullshit back in the day when I was more active. As an admin, players view you as a leader and representation of the server community. That doesn't mean you have to be a prude and be all "no fun allowed", but it does mean that once people start recognizing you as an admin, they'll expect certain things.

The most important thing I learned when dealing with these types of situations is to remain calm and take things in stride. If I got too angry, I'd simply quit the game and do something around the house before I'd continue to admin a server (especially Jailbreak). When people would try to bait me for drama, I would simply not respond to it 90% of the time. It makes playing the game more enjoyable and allows you to focus more on playing and monitoring the game and chat for anything that might come up while you're on. It saves you a lot of frustration and drama in the long run. Good luck, I'm rooting for you!

You do have a potty mouth sometimes. I'm gonna be honest with you, whenever i'm on turbine and i see you join the server i always say to myself "oh the vulgar chick just joined". That means you haven't been leaving me a good impression so far. I understand you're just messing around with your friends, i've known you from the voogru server as well and you're still the same. But if you're considering on becoming an admin then you should try and avoid using foul language so much.

So I'm gonna wait for some improvements of the use of your mic then i can give you a positive rating.
 
+1 swearing and porn are not against the rules and most of our staff do that in unmod anyways, much less so on actual servers but I think you're more than willing to change that. Good luck!

It's not against the rules, sure, but it makes the staff look bad. Kind of "unprofessional" if you know what i mean, but that's just my opinion. And we're talking about what happens in servers, not in unmod.

it's not like swearing and links like that are going to make us look good either. I mean, sure, not a horrible offense but it's not exactly professional either.

I don't understand what you guys exactly want from an applicant's chat logs. They aren't applying to a senior position in a banking firm, it's TF2. Swearing really doesn't matter, at all. Unless they're spamming curse words in every message they send I don't find it immature, it's not exactly that bad of a thing.

The porn links are strange but still not anything to be up in arms about. I've yet to see someone make a formal complaint about an admin cursing or spraying some furry porn or whatever weird things the staff does, because the average player

1.) Won't even know you're an admin
2.) Doesn't care

Anyways, Pizza plays quite a bit on the LA 2Fort server and she is respectable and the regulars find her pleasant, which I think is very positive. I'll leave my +1 here, see you around!

I wasn't saying it as a negative to the app. It's just something that this person can probably only benefit from dropping this habit. The cursing is no big deal, but links in chat are a seriously odd things to do and doesn't make this player look better in anyway.

Why does becoming an admin mean quite a bit to you? Other than helping improve the gameplay, and all of the usual responses. Why do YOU want to be an admin?
 
I haven't seen you often since I don't go on turbine much, but I saw you a couple of times and you were saying unproff

I've seen this player on turbine before, does spit out garbage in the chat sometimes, at first guess I'd assume they want it for the authority which isn't really a good reason.

I think apart from that though you may have potential, but I can't fully agree with your app for now.
