Sorry for the late response

But as a different admin pointed out in your earlier appeal, we have no proof showing it was your brother who hacked so we still wouldn't be able to unban you. We're going to have to assume it was you who hacked unless you can somehow prove otherwise.
 
I just don't understand why this is so hard, I never cheated, you have no proof of me cheating. you tell me my brother, who was playing on the same internet as me was cheating but you ban the ip and mine and his accounts. You're basically telling me you have no evidence and I'm guilty until proven innocent, right...

yea I understand that you would ban the ip and then ban any account that enters through that ip but I don't live at home any more and the account that was linked to the hacking was my brothers and mine never flagged up as was mentioned in the previous post. I'll explain the story again: I was at home playing on the Skial server when my brother joined, I believe he was then kicked or he left and then I left to go for tea. after that I came back to find I was banned and then I created the thread. I was then told

which makes sense as as the ip was banned because my brothers account (the one with the vac ban) got banned. but my reasoning for opening this request again was that I have moved now and I'm still banned. Initially I was angry because I really liked the servers and I was annoyed that I was banned because of my brother, therefore I am sorry if I came across rude. I still never got banned because of SMAC though and do wonder why I'm still banned because I don't play on the internet my brother plays on(which is at my parents house)

I still want to play on the servers but if you still don't want to un-ban me I guess it's your choice

I can't give any more proof other than the fact that SMAC didn't detect me it detected my brothers account(http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198054516534/) and this is my account(http://steamcommunity.com/id/harrihalo/)

This will be my last post unless there is anything else I can do to get my account unbanned or help you prove it wasn't me.
 
Can you prove that is your brothers account and not an account you made yourself to try and hide that it was you hacking?? The admins here have to protect their servers. Therefore, they can not allow you(IP and Accounts linked) back into their servers. It's nothing personal. They don't hate you or wish you any harm. They are just looking out for their servers and playerbase.

That being said, I feel you are wasting yours, and the admins time on this issue. Sometimes, we need to accept the decisions of the admin(no matter how much we don't agree) and move on to another server. I'm not trying to be rude or cause you grief, just trying to explain it so you'll understand. You need to take this up with your brother, and not Skial.

I hope you fully understand their decision and respect it.
 
Nobody has informed me of the information needed form my brother to get me unbanned, I don't even care anymore because you just said "we need to accept the decisions of the admin(no matter how much we don't agree) and move on to another server" so basically the decision to ban me was stupid as I wasn't hacking and now I need to provide proof it wasn't me. so I'm guilty until proven innocent, right thanks for nothing

Here's the deal the admins and Symptom are trying to explain to you.

There is no, "personal IP address". You, your brother, and everyone using your network are on your IP Address. Because of this, in order for Skial to protect itself from hackers, then Skial has to block the trouble-causing IP address. You may have been innocent, but your IP address was guilty.

Even if it was neither you nor your brother who was hacking, then it means that you have a bigger issue to worry about than getting banned from Skial because that would mean that someone you don't know is using your IP.
 
I never said there was a personal IP address... "yea I understand that you would ban the ip and then ban any account that enters through that ip" and I have said that my brother admitted to hacking...

I did not commit any offence, I believe the mistake has been made because I have just came back home for a month after being an Manchester and my brother is VAC banned. As you can see from your logs I have been playing for a while and I will be back in Manchester soon so unban me please.

It literally doesn't matter anymore if nobody wants to tell me what information my brother needs to give you to unban me "Can you prove that is your brothers account and not an account you made yourself to try and hide that it was you hacking??"

So just stop commenting if you haven't read the full conversation and don't know what information I need to give to get me unbanned. At this point I'm less bothered about being unbanned and more bothered about the way you people went about telling me that I was banned and how to get unbanned.

as this comment proves that you believe that it was my brother and now that I've moved you had no other reason to keep my account banned other than "because we said so and you haven't given any proof(and we won't tell you what you need to do or what proof is need to get unbanned)"
