Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I did not commit any offence, I believe the mistake has been made because I have just came back home for a month after being an Manchester and my brother is VAC banned. As you can see from your logs I have been playing for a while and I will be back in Manchester soon so unban me please.

If it really is your brother, we can't lift your ban anyway because you and your brother share the same IP. In order to prevent the hacker from coming on to Skial servers, we have to keep the IP banned.

We have proof of you hacking. SMAC detected it. And even if that's not you, we still have to keep your IP banned as Sargent explained because we cannot have your brother returning to the server and causing more havoc.

And the account that was originally banned by SMAC, does have a Vac ban, which in turn is from your IP.

Could you please look at any gameplay you have of me on your servers. This will show that I have not and will not ever consider hacking. I play tf2 for fun and if you look at my account I don't look like someone that would want to hack.

2. We still have no idea whether it's you or your brother as you've given us no proof

while it looks rather plausible to me that the other account belongs to a different person, such as your brother, we cannot lift your ip ban because he could come back and hack again. even if you provided proof of your identities, such as two photo ids, we still wouldn't be able to lift the ip ban for the same reason above.

ps. for anyone wondering, that 374 day-old vac ban is for another engine which is how the account was able to connect and hack in the first place.

I never hacked and now you're banning me because I live with my brother who does. What is this insanity. Alas I'm moving soon so I'll be on a different IP when I get back to Manchester.

I still don't understand why you can't just unban me and not my brother. I have never hacked and never will just look at my gameplay and you'll see. I have been banned for having the same ip as someone else who has been banned. That's it. That't the only reason I get banned. It makes me angry and sad to see that what once was my favorite set of TF2 servers has let me down.
