That's because the current mod for the FOV slider isn't just a simple mod, it has to inject things into the game files, so the game thinks its some kind of hack. When the modding community figures out how to make one that doesn't, it probably wont ban you.

Rockstar just confirmed today that they aren't banning people for mods, it is just a bug they need to work out.

Traveled all the way across the map to get a vehicle for Simeon, lost the cops and traveled back. Resprayed it, then right when I was about to deliver it I was murdered. The guy that killed me took the fucking car and delivered it himself...

I guess passive mode for me.
 
Usually happens near the delivery point, its sadly always in the same place so people can camp over there.

Yea if there's a lot of people in the server don't bother getting cars since everyone can see you on the map (it if sends a notification saying who has it) and like t-wayne said they'll camp the delivery location

I usually go passive unless unless I want to beat nerds up. Otherwise I'll get killed out of nowhere while in the middle of doing something.

I am normally in passive mode, I forgot to switch it on that time. :c

Your unlucky I've only seen one confirmed hacker and maybe one hacker in a race but I wasn't sure about him

i think Toxik is just really unlucky because i've only met two hackers one with a bounty and was unkillable, and the other in a Game of deathmatch that got me seriously rich
