@T-Wayne could you give me a simple brief description of an example porn spray that you'd deem bannable? No need for a pic, a short text description is enough as an answer.

Also your professionalism questions are acceptable.
The admins are a team, and you should not think twice about consulting someone else, just like you mentioned.

Good. Yeah, my point was to make sure you knew that only child porn sprays are bannable here. Regular ones aren't.

You'd be suprised how many contriversial cheese pizza spray incidents there are. Go look at Catcyborgs ban appeal, the one with 2 pages. This is the same with hackinh incidents. If you're ever unsure, asking fellow admins is the best way to go. I always used to suck at handing judgements down when there were different opinions floating around.

I just checked it out, thanks for forwarding me there. However with some common sense the guy could have just changed his spray. I mean being stubborn in a situation that has led to non-helpful tensions. Personally I think it'd be the most simple solution for him to just change the spray when the admins say it is underage in their opinion. It'd make sure that not the next admin would come up with just the same problem about that spray.
 
He is a very friendly and helpful person and also a good player! I knew him from some other server where he was an admin too. He did his job very well! I played a lot with him and never saw him rageing or something like that. I really like him and I`d like to see him as an admin on these severs. :)

I have just read about this here:

You need admins in this timezone:
"11 am to 5 pm MSK (Moscow)" which is GMT+3

I'm living in western Europe where GMT +1 is going.

That makes it
"9am to 3pm GMT+1" in my time.

Since I am studying at university at the current point, I do have some free spaces in the morning aswell, despite what is stated in the app post on page 1. Those times I wrote in my Application are definite daily times I can guarantee most of the time (1pm-11pm GMT+1). I can not assure that I can be available at 9am-1pm(GMT+1)/11am-3pm(GMT+3/MSK) 100% but what I can say is that I am online alot at those times. Just not daily due to university courses that might be in the morning at certain days. Also those times shift each semester, and sometimes I am busy learning obviously. Currently I am in spring break, so I can definatly fill those times until mid April.

I should also point out, that I can NOT speak or write russian, if that is a criteria I'd need to meet. Sorry.

If you feel you need somebody who can assure that those times are filled at 100% you should not consider me, as I can definatly not guarantee that! But if you look for someone who can at least fill them 70-80% I can do that. And if that is not enough, I will understand that. I just felt like I should point this possibility out.

Summary for you due to time calculations:

You search:
"11 am to 5 pm MSK (Moscow)" which is GMT+3
In my time:
"9am to 3pm GMT+1" in my time (Western Europe).

I can guarantee in my application:
(1pm-11pm GMT+1)
In MSK time:
(3pm-1am GMT+3)

With the 70-80% option to fill times before the given window aka (9am - 1pm in my time).

I apologize for the late response on that matter, but I was pretty unsure wether or wether not I should mention this as those are no 100% assurances

they never expect you to cater 100% of the time.

Thanks for clarifying that.
While we do need admins within those set timezones, it does not mean that any any applicant not within the timezones will be declined.
As a matter of fact, you are already on considering.

What Bottiger wanted to say is that any applicant within the aforementioned timezones will have a higher chance of getting accepted due to the relative lack of admin material on these specific times of the day.

If you can fill even a short part of the time it's already great, and no, you do not need to speak Russian. We are international (mostly english) servers.

That is exactly what I was intenting to point out with my post. I can absolutly fill out part of the time in that mentioned timezone. Thanks for your answer!
