Understandable Temp Ban

So I got banned yesterday for ubering a spy which destroyed only one dispenser (not sure if he killed some people as well) and got banned as a result. I guess an admin asked if I did it on purpose (I'm not sure if the guy was one) and got banned after giving an honest answer and killing myself. Okay I get a one day ban, no big deal. What kind of gets me annoyed is that the day before in the Saxton Hale server, someone who I believe was an admin, brought himself back into the game I believe with an upgraded rocket launcher and killed the Hale.

What confuses me is that I get a ban for ubering a spy (has happened to me before on this community once so understandable like I said) but that power abuse isn't? That was gamebreaking what he did and cheating really. Just wanted to say that.

Where's the visual evidence?
 
I don't have any visual evidence sadly. So I got no proof whatsoever. All I know is that the guy's name was something like "California Presidente" or something. Presidente was in his name for sure. A lot of people were confused at what happened.
 
Valve weapons are disabled here. There is no admin called California Presidente.

There are people copying our server name so I wouldn't be surprised if you were on one of those.

I'm 100% sure that (unless they changed their name recently) we don't have a single admin by the name of "California Presidente" or even "Presidente" in their name.
 
Are you sure you got banned for ubering a spy? That isn't against the rules unless you are purposely ubering an enemy spy.
 
This gentleman was banned for uber a friendly spy. I witnessed it happen on the Payload LA server not on a Hale server. After he ubered the spy, he proceeded to use the laugh taunt. I then asked, twice for assurance, if he had ubered the spy on purpose and both times he answered yes.

Are you sure this happened on OUR hale server...?
That doesn't seem to fit with anybodies story over here.

100% sure. I ubered the spy one time for laughs, he destroyed a dispenser with the sapper, and was pinned in a corner from like the entire team. And as soon as I said yes that I did it I got banned within 10 seconds.

David for future reference so I don't get any more bans, ubering a spy is a banable offense correct?

The person that respawned used an exploit that will let him spawn mid-round. I'm not going to explain how to do it because I don't want to let others that don't know how to do it, to do it. They could not use a Valve rocket launcher though, I think he was just the last guy left after that other one died and you thought he was using it because of the crits.

Ubering an enemy Spy is only a bannable offense if you know it's an enemy Spy and you do it anyway just to fuck with your team, that is griefing.

Ubering an enemy Spy is only a bannable offense if you know it's an enemy Spy and you do it anyway just to fuck with your team, that is griefing.

I think I might know the exploit you are speaking about. But that makes sense and clears it up.
